Summary
A Malkas Alon master builder and secret long-time lover of the human siege-engineer Carmella. In The Golden Goblin, Onranion reports the great scandal: an Alka Alon healer has used a device Minalan supplied to transform Carmella into a Malkas Alon maiden so she can marry Rumel - a process that ordinarily would take years but that the device accomplished in weeks. The two are now openly happy together and plan to build "an entire city for the Malkas, now, out in the woods," which the Alka Alon find quite scandalous from their perspective.
